The 2012 Season promises to be another one of a kind at The Lookout. Our water view restaurant will open in early June. .While our chef choice is not locked in, we are in negotiation with a former chef who brought great food to locals and visitors alike. Fine cuisine, house made breads and desserts will keep you coming back throughout the summer.
Due to popular demand, we are bringing back our Tuesday Shoreside Lobster Bakes. Reserve ahead of time for this special one of a kind Maine experience. For large parties, you can even reserve this winter with a deposit and we will hold a date for you. Call 207-479-2722 for this and other catering inquires.

All our chefs work with local gradeners and farmers to get fresh local ingredients to your table. We use produce from our Lookout garden, where the gardener is using biodynamic principles to grow vegetables and herbs infused with life sustaining forces.

Complimentary Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am for our Inn guests. We offer full breakfasts such as country eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, or our famous buttermilk blueberry pancakes. Guests in the cottages are welcome; however, the cost of the breakfast is not included with cottage rental but can be purchased with advance notice.
