We welcome Chef Marc Swartzbaugh for our 2013 season.  His enthusiasm coupled with his years of experience in both New York and Maine promises a menu to satisfy almost everyone.   His own 'style' draws on Italian, Spanish and French traditions, a little Pennsylvanian Dutch (from his mother's side), with enthusiasm for local products and exotic ingredients from far-away. Come enjoy The Lookout at Flye Point.  With the return of our full bar, we will be stocking a thoughtfully chosen variety of beer, wine and liquor for your dining enjoyment. Our wine selection is chosen with our menu in mind, so that you can find the perfect bottle to accompany any meal.

On a few Tuesdays this summer you can again enjoy Shoreside Lobster Bakes. Reserve ahead of time for this special, one of a kind Maine experience. Individual diners welcome! All our chefs work with local gradeners and farmers to get fresh local ingredients to your table. At times we even use produce from our Lookout garden, where the gardener is using biodynamic principles to grow vegetables and herbs infused with life sustaining forces. The dining room seats forty.  More room is available and used for special parties and weddings. Delicious catering for a your event is available.
