CANCELLATIONS:

We are a small Inn with limited space and availability. Therefore, an administrative fee of up to 10% may be charged for any cancellation. Please reserve with this awareness.

1-3 day stay-- 7 days notice required to receive refund of deposit.

4 or more days-- 30 days notice required to receive refund.


* Guests using MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card to guarantee reservations, please note that card number is charged deposit at the time the reservation is made.

ROOMS:   Inn rooms meet all your B&B expectations. Do you want a water view? No worries. All rooms but 304 have an awesome view Blue Hill Bay.

ROOMS:

RM 201 has a king size bed, day bed and its own bath 

RM 202 has a king size bed and day bed and its own bath 

RM 203 has a queen size bed and own bath 

RM 203S   has queen bed.  203 people must go through 203S to their shared bath.

RM 203/203s is good for close relatives or family with children. 

RM 301/305 “Suite“.  Each room located on the third floor with queen size beds. They can be rented as separate rooms with a  shared bath The bath is accessible through a door from 305 and the hallway.  If someone must have quick/private access to the bath 305 can accommodate this need.

RM 302 is the mid south room with queen size bed with own bath off the hallway 

RM 303/304 ”Suite“.  Each room located on the third floor with queen size beds. They can be rented as separate rooms with a shared hall bath.

A Country style full breakfast is included with all Inn stays. Served 7:30-9:30.
If you would like to bring outside guests please let us know the night before.
Outside guests: $12 per person.
